Given the data we’ve got? I think it’s an impractical strategy. I think we’re better off hitting them before they move pieces than returning what they’ve already taken. Which, yeah, I know we leave a lot behind that way, but given the current resources our teams have got, it feels like bandaging the arm while the guts bleed out—
That’s how that works, right? The… the guts bleed more than the arm does. Or, it’s more dangerous when the guts bleed than when the arm does. I… look, you know my comprehension of human anatomy is flawed at best. I think the metaphor still makes sense. If it doesn’t, uh, just pretend I used one that does make sense. It’s like fixing the paint job while the engine leaks oil. Either way, we’re hemorrhaging.
